Project Manager

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Kent

Contract type: Permanent

Job Title: Project Manager

Project Manager required to join a successful & established contractor for £20million project in Mid Kent. As Project Manager, you will be required to manage a team of 4 Site Managers and ensure the progress & quality of build is achieved to high standard, whilst ensuring the Health & Safety is not compromised.

This contractor has a real focus on staff progression and has a proven track record of promoting within. You will be lead and supported by a team of experts within the market.

This scheme is a JCT D&B commercial build located in central Kent, however, once complete there will be further opportunities within the county, so this would be an ideal opportunity for a Project Manager based in Kent seeking work closer to home.

Basic salary up to £80k & package including top of the range company car or car allowance, pension contribution (8% employer), 26 days holiday & private healthcare.
