Project Manager required for a £40m project in central Manchester. This includes the construction of new build luxury apartments and the refurbishment of an existing building.
The build will consist of a full groundworks and RC frame package, brickwork cladding and luxury fit out. The refurb will consist of a soft strip, fit out and brickwork restoration.
Candidate requirements:
- 3+ years Project Management experience
- Experience with new build mid or high rise projects
- Experience with project values £20m or above
- Full cycle project experience
