Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in the North East of England?

I am currently recruiting for a Project Manager to lead a £30m+ project in the North East. The roll will be reporting directly to a Senior PM and will be overseeing a Senior Site Manager.

Package & Benefits:

Up to £60k Basic salary

Car allowance


Key responsibilities:

* Leading regular site meeting with project team
* Conducting regular site safety checks
* Ensuring the project runs to program and budget
* Ensuring the project team comply with the Companies Business Management System
* Maintaining effective long term relationships with the customer and their representatives/ advisors
* Monitoring, support, mentoring and counselling members of the project team in their personal development
* Weekly review of progress against Target Programme


* Previous Project Management experience working with large £20m+ projects
* Experience of project planning
* Minimum HNC qualified
* Professional qualification
* High level of leadership and management skills
* Relevant sectors: Education, New Build, Refurb, Healthcare, University, Commercial
