I am currently working with one of the UK's leading housing developers, with a broad range of properties primarily in London. Over the years my client has a built a reputation renowned for its enthusiastic drive to make a difference.

This £60 million project is a great opportunity to join a reputable company who are seeking for an accomplished Project Manager to run a RC structured scheme.

The desired Project Manager would be able to endure a project from inception to completion. Plan, budget, and oversee and document all aspects of the scheme to the required standard.

Skills Required

* Minimum 5 year's experience in construction delivery and Project Management.
* RC Frame residential experience is ideal.
* Able to manage multiple complex processes.
* Confident programming and planning a project in detail, from inception through to completion.
* Commercially aware and focused on delivering to targets.
* Strong leadership skills.
* Relationship building skills both within the team and with wider organisations.
* Excellent problem solving and investigative skills.

The successful candidate would not just join the business to complete this one project, instead would join a business where they will be given the opportunity and encouraged to deliver multiple projects, and join a path of personal development and progression. If this sounds like the opportunity you have been waiting for and you are able to commute to North London, please contact me for further details.
