Project Manager - Modular Build Schools - Nottingham

An experienced Project Manager is required to oversee the construction of 2 new build modular schools in Nottingham. The projects have a combined valued of approximately £10m and are due to commence on site late November 2018 running for approximately 6 months. The successful candidate will have experience of managing his own projects (£5m+) or working as part of a team on larger jobs (£5m+). Ideally the Project Manager will have some previous experience of groundworks & modular construction and be from an civil engineering background.

Role/duties:
Reporting to a visiting Operations Manager they will be required to ensure smooth construction process including managing of all site labour and sub-contractors, management of construction programme, minimising/eliminating potential programme delays. The Project Manager will also liaise with the client & associated consultants & be able to chair regular progress meetings.

Qualifications:
Relevant qualification and tickets - CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid.
