Project Manager - Immediate Start - Richmond Upon Thames

An experienced Project Manager is required for a £12m grade II listed prime residential refurbishment project based in Richmond, South West London. The scheme is around 6 months away from finishing with the structural alterations complete and the fit out stages well under way. The Project Manager will be required to take the scheme from this point through to handover in June 2019. The successful candidate will ideally have experience of being number one on site on projects of at least £10m in value. It is also essential that the Project Manager has experience of managing a team of Site Managers and Finishing Foreman.

Role/duties:
Reporting to a visiting Client the Project Manager will be required to ensure a smooth construction process including managing of all site labour and sub-contractors, management of construction programme, minimising/eliminating potential programme delays. The Project Manager will also liaise with the client & associated consultants & be able to chair regular progress meetings.

Qualifications:
Relevant qualification and tickets - CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid.
