The company brief:

This well-established architectural and design practice specialise in various hospitality and residential projects throughout the UK. They pride themselves on their award-winning designs and considered approach to each project, working closely with clients to understand their vision. As a result of new and continued projects, they are looking to take on a new Project Manager.

Your new role:

As a Project Manager, you will need to manage multiple projects and meet demanding deadlines, liaising between several parties. You will have the opportunity to travel to and visit sites across the UK, managing a variety of exciting hospitality and residential projects. As a Project Manager, you will also be required to work closely within the team, and producing feasibility and costings for new projects.

About you:



* Strong construction background ideal.
* Must have a clean driving license and be prepared to travel for site visits.
* Produce feasibility / costs for new projects.
* Excellent time management skills and ability to meet demanding deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to manage contractors and designers.
* Be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
