My client, one of the busiest in the market at present, are looking for a Project QS to join their team in North West London. Not only will you be working for a stand-out contractor with an excellent and exciting pipeline, the project has amazing progression opportunties!

Principal Duties & Accountabilities (not limited to):Commercial reportingHave a high level of commercial and technical understanding, working closely with the delivery teamThe preparation of Valuations/Applications for PaymentUnderstand change controlThe preparation and management of subcontract and material procurement schedules.The administration of subcontractor/supplier accountsUnderstand the early stages of a project (start up procedures) and contribute towards the executions of those procedures
Key Experience:A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar / Equivalent HNDExperience working for a top tier civil contractorAt least 5 + years experienceNEC Form of Contract experience (essential!)
