** Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor needed for Tier 1 Contractor on a Cricket Ground New Build and Refurb project in North London. Paying £300-£400 p.d **

I urgently require a Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor for a well known Tier 1 Main Contractor working on a Cricket Ground project with a JCT design and build contract, 2 stage contract in North London . This is a short term contract lasting 3 months, possibly longer.

Role: Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: North London

Rate: £300- £400p/d depending on experience

* Cost-reporting
* Final accounts
* Site meetings

Requirements: Experience with tendering; can run a large package

Project: Cricket Stands New Build, General Refrubs

Duration: 3 months, possibly longer

Start: ASAP
