I urgently require an intermediate / project Quantity Surveyor to work on the fit-out of multiple residential projects as a maternity cover! This is a good opportunity to work with a well known fit-out contractor.

Role: Intermediate/Project Quantity Surveyor

Location: Central London

Rate: £275 - £325 p/d depending on experience

Duties: You will be reporting directly into the Commercial Manager and working within the site team

Duties will include -

* Variations
* Valuations
* Payments
* Cost-reporting
* Site meetings
