Exciting opportunity for an Project Quantity Surveyor to work on a £15million cut and carve project in the West End!

I urgently require a Project Quantity Surveyor to work on the cut and carve of a 3 storey extension project. This position is an ongoing role in which you may be offered the chance to stay on with them.

Role: Project Quantity Surveyor

Location: West London

Rate: £250 - £300 p/d depending on experience

Duties: You will be reporting directly into the Commercial Manager and working within the site team

Duties will include -

* Procurement
* Variations
* Valuations
* Payments
* Cost-reporting
* Final accounts
* Site meetings
