Exciting opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor to work on a long term framework of varied and interesting work for an established Sub-Contractor!

I am seeking a Project QS to work on a varied and fast-paced work valued between £50k-£3m for Tier One contractors mainly at Heathrow. Projects range from light civils to fit-out so there is the opportunity to get exposure to multiple projects simultaneously. Most contracts are NEC (options A,C,E) so previous experience is desirable but not essential.

Role: Project Quantity Surveyor

Location: The role will involve being based in West London (Heathrow)

Rate: £300 - £350 p/d for the right candidate

Duties: You will be reporting directly into the Commercial Manager and working within the site team

Duties will include -

* Variations
* Valuations
* Payments
* Cost-reporting
* Final accounts
* Site meetings

Projects: Varied

Sectors: Commercial - Build

Values: £500k - £3m

Duration: There is a long duration for this contract and also the possibility of temp to perm

Start: Immediate
