Project Structural Engineer

SE1

Vibrant and dynamic growing structural design practice seek a like minded structural engineer to join their team. You will be based in a pleasant office space in SE1 working within a team of social engineers. The work is very varied buildings structures projects, often commercial, mixed use and high end residential buildings schemes. Design is often challenging and complex in nature and an interest in architecture would be beneficial.

The firm is now over 8 years old, and busy establishing a name for great engineering in the marketplace. The practice currently has 15 staff with plans and space to expand to over 20 people. They give excellent training for Chartership and autonomy but good support. They are an innovative and modern practice with up to date software and a positive, motivated yet relaxed work atmosphere.

You must be a technically competent designer, keen to become a key player in a growing practice and develop your career. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be expected to attend meetings and represent the company to architects and clients.

Hours are 9-5.30, there are showers, and cycle parking, regular social events and activities, healthcare, pension and relaxed dress code.
