Are you an experienced Project Officer seeking an exciting new opportunity? Our Client, a reputable regulatory authority are seeking an experienced candidate to join their Change Implementation Team to undertake a range of project and programme activities in support of the change portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a permanent role with excellent career prospects.

Role Responsibilities



* To undertake a range of project support activities in support of the change portfolio - promoting timely outcomes within budget and to an acceptable standard of quality.
* Assist in the development and maintenance of project and programme plans
* Assist with running workshops to identify and evaluate risks and issues to ensure their on going management.
* Organising meetings, producing minutes and action points
* Deputise for Project Managers at meetings, ensuring all action points are caputered
* Support the Business Change Manager in running the change control process including logging change requests, setting up impact assessment meetings and filing documentation appropriately
* Act as a point of contact for project or programme enquiries from across the company

Required Skills & Experience



* Experience of working on projects or programmes essential, including management of risk and issues
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively
* Strong relationship building skills
* Ability to work independently and to act on own initiative
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Experience of undertaking secretarial duties
* Ability to draw information from a wide range of sources and synthesise the information
* Proficient in Microsoft Project with applied experience in supporting, updating and creating project plans and experience of project planning
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Visio, Excel

This role will be on a permanent, full time basis and based in Canary Wharf - paying £27,000 per annum and has excellent training opportunity and chances for progression and professional development.
