job description

Randstad are looking for an experienced Property Administrator for an up and coming project in Bristol .

The role will involve administering the existing property portfolio by finding tenants, processing their applications and ensuring ongoing compliance and maintenance.


Role/Duties:



*
Preparation of annual service charge budgets
* Account management.
* Arrears collection.
* Maintain the upkeep and maintenance of a large portfolio
* Monitoring suppliers invoices
* Regular site inspections
* Leasing with tenant and contractors.
* Carrying out midterm, check in and check out inspections.
* Booking, carrying out and reporting inventories and check outs of various sized properties.
* Managing tenancy renewals.
* Reporting and following up rent arrears.
* Liaising with tenants
* Comply with legal & regulatory requirements

Requirements:



* Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word and applications like Google Apps for Business
* Full clean driving licence (Desirable)
* Be approachable and happy to work as point of contact when working in a stand alone position
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Able to plan and manage priorities
* Interest and experience in the property industry
* Previous experience in a real estate agency, solicitor's office or similar it may be useful.
