Company Overview

A successful company is looking for a Property Manager to start ASAP (first week in December). It is an ongoing role for a minimum term of a couple of months into the new year. There may be a permanent opportunity arising from it.

Your Package

- £12.99 per hour
- Full Time hours
- 8am - 8pm (on a rota basis)

Your Responsibilities

- Front of House/ Reception duties
- Meet and greet all customers, visitors and clients in a friendly professional manner
- Respond queries through email, phone and face to face
- Parcel Management; making sure they are moved and kept in the office, as well as logging and keeping records of them and updating customers to collect them
- Logging jobs with the FM team to investigate and potentially repair/ resolve
- Communicating with residents during the process until a solution or matter has been resolved, utilising templates available
- Notes section on the jobs updated with feedback from contractors
- Liaising with contractors on items outstanding, arranging access
- Closing jobs when completed.
- Running weekly reports for management and informing current status
- Advise basic trouble shooting solutions
- Liaise with FM for access or notification to residents on any planned PPM
- Follow procedure for chargeable items to resident

May have to do other duties in the absence of team members:

- Viewings
- Application/ referencing
- Check in & out
- Debt collection
- Corresponding to residents
- Third party research
- Community events
- Car parking allocation
- Ad hoc business requirements

Skills and Experience

- Experience in Office management
- Customer Service experience
- Ideally property/housing sector experience
