The company you'll be joining are a tier 1 international contractor who deliver high quality work with a particularly strong business in the West Midlands. You'll be working on projects upwards of £30m in value across the Residential, Education, Central Government, Care and Healthcare industries. You'll head up the develoment of a proposal structure, reviewing and editing content where necessary, working with other bid team members to produce written bid responses and presentation collateral in line with deadlines.
You will work very closely with the pre-con team and Bid Manager to ensure the brand of the company is maintained and the tenders are sold in the right way to prospective clients.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Co-coordinating and producing tender submissions
* Creating high-quality proposal documents including coordinating, editing and writing content
* Ensuring all proposals produced are aligned with corporate brand guidelines and bid management standards.
* Monitoring and reporting on bid production performance against bid plan milestones
* Assisting with development of proposals format in line with 'best practice'
* Building and developing relationships with stakeholders
Desired: BSc in a Construction related topic or similar level of qualification in Bid Writing or Marketing topic.
Desired: CIOB; APMP or similar.
Desired: Experience of working on successful tenders for capital expenditure projects with the construction industry.
