This is a 6 month fixed term contract, with the potential of extension.This is a high volume Purchase Ledger role, and you will be tasked with reviewing 4,000 invoices per week with 600-800 entries on them. You will be joining an experienced team of four, with three other experienced Clerks and the Finance Manager.We are looking to speak to hardworking, organised and dedicated professionals, who have previous experience dealing with a high number of invoices and have advanced Excel skills. Responsibilities include:*Processing, scanning and indexing of invoices and cash expenses.*Creating and verifying new supplier accounts*Matching, batching and coding of invoices.*Dealing with queries (internally and externally).*Supplier reconciliations (using Excel).*Ad-hoc duties to assist the Finance Manager.If you are looking to make the next significant step in your career, please apply for immediate consideration!
