Are you someone who has the proactivity to generate new business but also the level of detail to work on complex proposals and bids? These services require a high level of consultation - we need someone who can listen and really understand the client needs and put together proposals and solutions which create a difference to our clients. The solutions are unique in their field providing analytics and businesses intelligence to constantly improve efficiency and cost. Key requirements to be considered for the role include:·Ability to generate new business opportunities and take these through to closure·Must be consultative in approach, must be able to question and listen to clients and generate the best fit solution ·The solutions are complex, you need to be able to work with the operations department to develop the best fit solution·You will need to work on detailed tenders and bids·This is a small business where every person counts - you need to be able to roll your sleeves up and become part of the team. You will be a key player·Your relationship building skills will be key both internally and with your clients·A demonstrable track record in selling a complex service or solution is ideal·If you have experience of facilities management or security services that would be great, but this is really about the person.The great thing about this business is that our client will spend time to train you on all the things you need to make you successful. This role is more about who you are than your background. There is a career path also for the right person once you have proved yourself in this role.
