        Are you looking to take control of a new team and inspire changes? Do you feel your experience will shine new light on this already well established setting?The key focus in this setting is to ensure all children are suitably cared for by providing the best care whilst ensuring that their education is a main priority. This nursery is looking for an individual to come in and take command of the team to provide real guidance and drive. The role will be testing and needs an individual with experience and determination to lead an established team in the right direction. This nursery has excellent facilities and there's ample support from the owner. She has a background in childcare so she understands the day to day needs of the children and the nursery staff.Benefits: Salary expectations negotiable dependant on experience Plenty of development opportunities The ability to be creative and have individual input Free car parking Local links for public transport Pension Plan Fantastic incentive package for candidates with the ambition to contribute and bloom in a growing businessRequirements:* Cache level 3 Nursery Nurse or equivalent Minimal of 1 years experience in a nursery management role Brilliant communication skills Experienced in customer attraction The ability to manage staff fairly Energy and motivation to inspire young minds Ability to step into a management role quickly, efficiently and with purpose A genuine interest in good practice and good knowledge of Safeguarding requirementsDay to Day responsibilities: Daily management of the nursery staff, this includes their training, absence management and ensuring their wages are done Keeping to the safeguarding policy and ensuring it is applied at all times Going into nursery rooms when needed Interacting with parents to ensure that they're satisfied with the service provided and ensuring their children are happy Ensuring the daily running of the nursery goes smoothly and it's ran to the highest standards Ensuring all meals are both healthy and nutritional and are served safely Ensuring learning journals and key stages are metNext Steps:* Telephone interview initially* Face to face interview taking place within the next 10 days* Start date expected to be within the month of SeptemberThis role is a brilliant opportunity for you to be innovative and take on a new challenge.
