Direct the equipment maintenance of a sterile, highly complex, manufacturing operation in accordance with company and corporate policies.Ensure that the site and engineering functions are in compliance with all EHS regulations a.Plan, develop and maintain the strategic plan for all the sites Capital Projects.Provide leadership in effective communications, training and development of department staff.Education and ExperienceB. Eng. with a minimum of 6 years of experience. An MBA/MS would be an advantage.A working knowledge of cGMPs and facility/equipment/process validation requirements.Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the maintenance-engineering and CAPEX management functions.Leadership and management experience.Good overall understanding of environmental standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
