You will be reporting to the Project Director and be responsible for all site operations. These schemes are currently at frame stage and run for circa three years. The project is a RC frame design and build FIDIC contract and the assistant project director will ideally have experience on other health care schemes in the UK or the Middle East. You will come from a main contracting background and will have experience managing large site teams. My client is also ideally looking for an individual who has delivered UK health care schemes as this project is bing build to UK design specifications.
