Experience in the completion of Health & Safety and Fire Risk Assessments reports is essential. The employee will be required to ensure that they keep up to date with any changes in legislation and will be expected to attend training courses to ensure that they continually expand their knowledge and maintain CPD. It will also be necessary for the employee to advise and guide Property Managers on the recommendations that they have detailed within their reports and if required liaise with Company Directors in response to any queries they may have upon receipt of the report. The role consists of carrying out reports for blocks managed by the whole HML Group which will comprise of travel nationwide. It is likely that 1 day a week the candidate will need to be office based but for the remaining 4 days the candidate will be out on site completing the reports.
