Are you an experienced Children's Social Worker with at least 2 years experience in frontline services? If so then I would love to hear from you for this great opportunity to work in a Duty Team.

Responsibilities



* Working with Child Protection, Child in Need, PLO and Court processes.
* Completing Children and family assessments, Risk assessments, Parenting assessments to expected timescales, Completing strategy meetings and section 47 inquiries, Child Protection Plans and child in need plans;
* PLO and care proceedings

In order to be considered for this role, you must have the following;



* Experience in Statutory Children's 'Front Door' Social Care (CP, Duty & Assessment, CIN)
* HCPC qualified social worker.
* Skilled in reporting.
* Court experience.
* You have worked collaboratively with partner agencies to ensure the needs of children and families are met at the appropriate level.
* A natural ability to communicate effectively and work to deadlines.
* In addition, you will have the knowledge and appreciation of the importance of performing to an excellent standard in accordance with the HCPC standards of practice.
* Car driver is essential for this role.
* Enhanced DBS/on update service.
