Randstad Care is currently recruiting for a fantastic new role as a Child Protection Social Worker on behalf of Liverpool Council. The contract is for 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:Work with children who have child protection plans (experience of court work is essential)Work with looked after children and permanency planningManage child protection care proceedingsAttend courtWrite reports and assessmentsManage complex cases and care plansSafeguard children under the Child Protection or Court FrameworksUndertake Section 47s and risk assessmentsMentor and supervise students and be an allocated worker for childrenChair Core Groups
In order to be considered for this role, you should have:Experience of working in children's services as a Social WorkerA clean driving licence and a access to own vehicleHCPC registrationA Social Work Degree/Masters/CCETSW
