job description

A Social Worker is required to join a busy community mental health team in Preston. This is an initial 6 months contract. Pay rate for this position will be £20.06 - £21 per hour. Full time and part time hours are available in this role.

Key responsibilities of this role:



* Working in a busy community team
* Working with service users who have complex mental health needs and are subject to CPA
* Care Coordination
* Safeguarding
* Section 117 meetings
* Report writing



Requirements of this role:



* Experience of working in a mental health team in a social work setting
* Ideally 1 years post qualified experience
* A Degree/Diploma in Social Work
* HCPC registration & valid DBS
* Drivers licence and own vehicle
