If so, Randstad are recruiting for a Children's Senior Social Worker to join Birmingham Trust - Transition Team. This is a full-time role offering Up to £33.30/hr

Overview:
- Lead and manage complex cases involving young people transitioning into adulthood, ensuring that all statutory duties are met.
- Develop comprehensive care and support plans, empowering young people to make decisions and engage in services that enhance their well-being.
- Provide mentorship and supervision to less experienced social workers within the team, ensuring high-quality practice.
- Build strong relationships with families, young people, and partner agencies, offering advice and advocacy when needed.
- Ensure effective multi-agency working and contribute to team development, sharing best practices and learning.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to relevant legislation and safeguarding protocols.
Requirements:
- Social Work England registered
- Social Work Degree or equivalent
- Enhanced DBS
Experience:
- Children's Social worker
