    Randstad are recruiting for an Adult Social Worker to join Blackpool Council's Adult Social Care Team. This is a full time role offering £35 per hour. This role offers hybrid working - approx. 4 days in the office and 1 day at home.

    Responsibilities:

    • You will gain experience of working in a busy community Social Work team.
    • You will undertake social care assessments in the community and in residential/nursing home settings in line with the Care Act (2014).
    • You will work in partnership with individuals and other professionals to develop, monitor and review support plans.
    • You will have a good knowledge of mental capacity, risk assessments and safeguarding.

    Requirements:

    • Social Work Degree
    • Enhanced DBS
    • Social Work England registered
    • Excellent assessment and report writing skills

    Experience:

    • Adults
