job description

Job purpose:



Reporting to the Quality Manager the Receiving Inspector will be responsible for assuring all relevant Quality activities are performed in support of the manufacturing activities on site including repack activities as required.



Principal Accountabilities:



* Perform Manufacturing Audits as required by the manufacturing audit
* Maintain microfiche and device history file.
* Provide process Quality reports as necessitated in support of systemic root cause analysis of custom & prototyping manufacturing
* Support facility calibration activities as
* Provide PVE's (FAI) and reports for new or changed CTQ's.
* Inspect product in line with relevant
* Witness Inspection and working closely with
* Complete JOE transactions to disposition product and raise P/O
* Complete relevant transactions on databases to support business e.g. ETQ, Agile .
* Check Certificates of Conformity Documentation and archive appropriately.
* Assist with water sampling to specification.
* Offsite quality record retrieval and
* Operate within the Company's standard operating procedures and Code of Conduct
* Perform DHF final document check.
* Interrogate relevant company software systems to ensure DHF compliance
* Maintain microfiche and DHF
* General filing and compilation of process data.
* Investigate DHF history as required by complaints/vigilance/regulatory/auditors function.

Qualifications and Experience:



* Computer literate and familiar with windows
* Good planning and organizational skills
* Must have demonstrated engineering skills with proven ability to interpret engineering specification and procedures
* Must have Quality inspector
* An awareness of SPC and AQL techniques
* Flexibility, Team working and Team Player
* Good communication skills
