Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking to make a step up to SQS?

Or simply over stretched and under valued who isn't getting the Salary they deserve?

My client, a medium sized contractor specialising in Water, Highways & Power are looking for a Civil's QS in the Eat Midlands, they offer a great company ethos which can be quite rare in todays industry. As well as a nice working location, great package and a secure job.

They specialise in Civil engineering projects around the value of £5m but some projects do sit around the £10m mark, these can be everything from Water, Roads or power.

You will be:
- A proactive, client-facing, Civil Engineering professional, capable of managing the commercial process for the benefit of all parties.
- Able to ensure the company's commercial interests are protected whilst recognising and exploiting commercial opportunities to maximise returns or minimise losses.
- Able to manage Quantity Surveyor teams and ensure an onus on continued quality and performance.
- Attending project meetings and reporting accurately on all financial aspects on the procurement function.

You will have:
- A relevant, industry specific qualification
- Gained significant experience within the Civil's sector
- Self-motivation with experience working under pressure and to tights deadlines

Salary & Package:

Up to £50,000 Salary

Company Car OR Car Allowance up to £6,000 Pension & Health Care Top of Form
