Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Salford & Northwest
Contract: Full Time, Permanent Role

Senior Quantity Surveyors, come and join my clients commercial team!
Projects on average will range between £10 - £50 million across the following sectors: Leisure, Defence, Education, Healthcare and Commercial.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project delivery
- Working alongside the project delivery team, to ensure the contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectors
- Managing the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreement
- Being involved with the final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcome
- Manage junior Surveyors
Experience:
- Main contractor experience as the SQS with a regional / national contractor
- Experience of different contract forms
- Experience on projects ranging between £10m to £50m
- Experience in establishing, managing and leading a large project team
