Are you a Quantity Surveyor feeling like a small cog in a large machine? Are you looking for a genuine opportunity to progress within a excellent working environment? This might be the position you are looking for.

Intermediate / Assistant Quantity Surveyor required for a growing and driven Residential/ Commercial Developer. £45 - £60k plus flexible package.

Based just outside of Canterbury in beautifully appointed office space our client specialises in both Commercial and residential development. They are a new build specialist with a rich history of delivering a number of high quality developments across the County.

This requirement has become apparent due to continued growth, particularly within the residential sector. They are looking for someone with residential experience but some commercial experience will be beneficial too as thy may be involved with commercial projects from time to time.

Our client is looking for confident , ambitious individuals who recognise an opportunity . Someone looking to learn, take responsibility and help drive the business forward while integrating with the team need to apply for this position.
