job description

A unique opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a local developer, who are held in high regard for their quality and prestigious residential developments.

The company has grown significantly over the last few years, and builds a variety of different developments, from new build housing to flatted development, meaning no single project is the same.

In this position, you would be reporting to the Commercial Manager, and be tasked with commercial responsibility for your own site. You would expect to be involved in land acquisition and feasibility also, and be part of the full cycle of the development from cradle to grave.

The ideal candidate will have experience working for a main contractor, preferably with experience of residential projects. You will have a degree in Quantity Surveying. Knowledge of ground works/piling is desirable.

A competitive salary and benefits package is on offer.
