Quantity Surveyor - Rail / Telecommunications - Central London - £38K - 50K + Package!

My client, a special rail / telecommunications contractor based in London are on the lookout for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team and assist on major packages on exciting projects.

You will be working for a contractor with a great reputation in the market who have recently won a number of exciting packages on great projects, all based in Central London.

Principal Duties & Accountabilities:



* Cost forecasting
* Cost and Value Reconciliation
* General subcontract administration
* Provide project specific report updates on subcontractor performance/status
* Identification of risks and provide draft contract notifications for issue to MQS / Commercial Manager
* Assisting in preparation of main contract quotations for notified events

Key Experience:



* A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar / Equivalent HND
* Experience in telecommunications within a rail environment
