job description

Quantity Surveyor required for a Market leading National Developer in Central Kent. £60 - £70k plus flexible package and benefits .

Due to continued expansion and a lot on new phases and projects starting in the next two years, our client is currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the well established and dedicated Commercial team to look after three live site in Kent incorporating traditional and timber frame 2,3 and 4 bedroom houses and apartment blocks.

They are a business who appreciates the work / life balance the modern employee needs to work effectively and encourage a social atmosphere and very much work in a team lead environment. The Quantity Surveyors in house are at various levels from Assistant to Senior but all communicate and help each other out when needed . They all report into a supportive Commercial Manager who reports into the Commercial Director.

They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor who will fit into the company ethos. They will be encouraged to be free thinking and bring new ideas but essentially have the capacity to oversee the commercial delivery of three large phased projects, liaise with Site teams and accurately report into the Commercial Manager.
