Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor? Do you want to work for a leading, global multidisciplinary consultancy? Are you based in Sheffield or Manchester?

Requirements



* Degree educated or equivalent in Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management;
* Experienced (minimum 2 years) at Assistant or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor level within a Professional Services Quantity Surveying Environment;
* Working towards Chartered Status (MRICS); and
* Strong communication skills
* Experience of working on projects within the residential and commercial sector essential.

Responsibilities



* Review and evaluate cost estimates:
* Communicating with third parties, partners and internal teams to progress current bids and develop new projects;
* Prepare estimates for planned and reactive works, working closely with counterparts in other organisations where necessary;
* Ensure timely completion of estimates and bids;
* Fully research, understand and educate colleagues on the scope of work to bid;
* Manage bid pricing from all stakeholders;
* Prepare cost benefit analysis and qualitative reports for Senior Management.
