A fantastic Quantity Surveyor position is available in Milton Keynes, are you looking for a new role and do you have experience on large-scale residential developer? Would consider a temp to perm position?

I'm looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work with a market leading Developer, based in Milton Keynes.

Location: Milton Keynes

Contract length: Ongoing - Possible temp to perm

Day rate: £270 - £320

Roles and responsibilities:

* Be responsible for initiating and leading tasks/processes
* Responsibility for the procurement subcontract packages
* Ensure that the developer's commercial position is protected using in-depth understanding of contractual, commercial, insurance and legal processes
* Liaise with the client, PQS and Senior staff
* Reporting to the on site Project Manager

Candidate Requirements:

* A qualification in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar
* Experience working with a residential developer on large projects
* Have a very good work ethic and be willing to work hard
