A leading name in the North East Housebuilding sector is currently looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to their Commercial Team.

The successful candidate will join an established Commercial Team consisting of a well balanced structure of skills and experience. They will report in to the Commercial Director and take responsibility for the commercial management and profitability of either 1 large or 2 smaller scale housing developments. Key responsibilities will include:



* Procurement
* Cost Planning
* Cost Monitoring
* Site Budgeting
* Cash Flow Forecasting
* Monthly Valuations
* Final Accounts

Previous experience within the Residential sector (new build) is essential to be considered for this opportunity.
