Are you an Assistant or Intermediate Quantity Surveyor not getting the progression you want with your current employer?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a well respected regional contractor based in Portsmouth They are looking to recruit a Quantity surveyor that is capable of running their own project up to the value of £10million. All projects are based within an hour from the office.

Salary up to £45,000

You will required to work on projects n the following sectors:



* Commercial
* Educational
* Residential
* Retial
* Leisure

Requirements;



* Main contracting experience
* A degree in Quantity Surveying
* Good knowledge of forms of contract

Responsibilities;



* Tender pricing and take off
* Commercial management of projects
* Monthly valuation preparation
* Cost control of projects
* Procurement & placement of bespoke material costs
* Relationship building with subcontractors, design team, and suppliers
