An exciting opportunity has arisen for a experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well established Regional Contractor with an annual turnover of £85m.

My client is offering up to £55,000 for the right candidate, this opportunity could be perfect for a Quantity Surveyor looking to progress in their career. You will gain experience in a variety of areas within the Building Surveying profession on a mixture of residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities:



* Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies
* Identify, analyse and develop responses to commercial risks
* Agree and negotiate final accounts
* Distribute work to subcontractors
* Analyse outcomes and write detailed progress reports
* Price any completed work and organise payments
* Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work
* Develop and maintain working relationships
