An Architecture practice based in Kenilworth, Coventry are looking to expand their team with the additional hire of a Receptionist/ Administrator.

You'll be joining up with a small but successful practice who are looking to rapidly expand their office over the coming months. Your role will be a varied one, allowing you to develop your skills and progress throughout your early career.

For this position no experience working in an Architecture practice is required, however it certainly will stand you in great stead if you do have experience working within this industry.

I'm looking to speak with enthusiastic individuals who are ready to get stuck in with a new opportunity. You'll be working directly under the Office Manager and Owner of the practice providing office support throughout the business.

Your main responsibility's will include;

*Answering phone calls
*Responding to emails
*Filing and organising
*Maintaining and building client relationships
*Providing business and administrative support across the whole office
*Running errands and acting as a Personal Assistant

The right applicant for this position will have experience working in a similar position and will add to the overall environment of the office. I'm looking to speak with individuals who's salary expectations are circa £18,000 with ideally immediate availability.
