Receptionist

Receptionist - Chester - Part Time - Immediate start - 3-6 Months

Are you a proven professional receptionist in the Chester area seeking part time work wednesday to Friday?

Are you immediate to start and available to work for the next 3-6 months?

Our leading Facilities management client is seeking a professional and customer focused receptionist for the next 3-6 months in Chester. Working on the front desk, you will provide excellent customer service to both colleagues and visitors over the phone and face to face



* Immediate start
* Part Time - Wed, Thurs, Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm (24 hours per week)
* £9ph + Holiday Pay (Paid weekly
* Excellent working environment
* Training provided

Main duties:



* Answering general calls to reception
* Meeting and greeting visitors
* Screening and signing in guests
* Managing post and parcel delivery's
* General admin and systems management
* Booking meeting rooms

Experience needed:



* Immediate to start
* Proven reception experience
* Professional and customer focused
* Competent IT skills
* Able to work Wed to Friday 8:30am to 5pm in central Chester
