administrator - immediate start- 8.92ph - ch1

Randstad are looking for a skilled and expereinced administrator to work for our client, one of the UK's leading Facilities Management Companies, this is an exciting opportunity for you to positvely contribute to their vibrant team in ch1

This Role will be working Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 4.30 pm

Your responsibilities include:



* receptionist duties
* taking calls
* making calls
* sending out correpsondece by email and post
* admin duties
* booking meeting rooms and arranging meetings
* data entry
* keeping spreadsheets up to date
* customer focused role
