Receptionist - Immediate start - £9.50p/h

Exeter EX1

* Monday - Friday 08.30am - 17.00pm
* Salary £9.50 per hour - Paid weekly every Friday
* Experience with a leading cleaning company
* On site parking
* Long term secure work
* Immediate start

Your responsibilities include:

* Post: Managing all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
* Meeting Rooms: maintain booking system, booking meeting rooms
* Hosting: greeting guests and preparing refreshments for meetings and booking lunches when required
* Managing telephone system and maintaining and updating phone contact lists
* Making travel arrangements / hotel bookings as and when required
* Maintaining, ordering and keeping register of office equipment and services including: IT, phones, Franking machine, Photocopiers, laptops, projector, VC equipment, water coolers, coffee machines etc.
* General office duties copying, binding, data entry etc.


* To become the successful applicant you must have previous office and telephone experience with the ability to work in a friendly and confident manner.
* You must be computer literate with Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel and possess excellent communication skills.
* previous knowledge of working within the construction industry would be preferred but not essential
* The successful applicant will be required to work alongside other admin staff
