A tier 1 construction company are looking for a receptionist to assist their office administratively on a large highways project; this project is changing civils and highways as we know it. This construction company is based in Fareham and is the perfect location for people looking to work local to home. This is role is an on going contract position and will provide people with the experience to grow and develop within a role. This role will be paying £8 to £11 paye or £9 to £13 umb and they are looking to get someone into the role ASAP.
Receptionist and experience within the construction sector is necessary.

Responsibilities:
* Greeting guests
* Dealing with incoming phone calls
* Making teas and coffees
* Managing sign in book
* Managing a switchboard
* Liaising with managers
* Answering and fielding incoming telephone calls
The ideal candidate will have:
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
* The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
* Experience in the Construction Industry
