job description

Responsibilities:



* Greet visitors and guests in a professional manner
* Answers and routes incoming phone calls for 10+ lines
* Manage all corporate directories for additions/deletions.
* Oversee all security procedures (including badge disbursement) with facility management.
* Label and send out all interoffice mail via bulk mail & UPS
* Deliver and sort UPS/FedEx/DHL packages as well as mail

Qualifications:



* The position requires 3-6 years related office experience.
* Good verbal and written communication and phone skills are required,
* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook is required
* Good interpersonal skills, diplomacy and an ability to interact effectively with individuals and groups at all levels is required
* The ability to meet deadlines and retain a calm and personable demeanour while handling a busy switchboard with constant interruptions is essential.
