Receptionist - immediate start - 9 ph - G31

Rceptionist

Are you reliable, determined and hardworking?

Are you looking for full time work with a leading company in the facilities management industry?

Randstad are now recruiting for an experienced receptionist to work for our client, one of the UK's leading Facilities Management Companies, this is an exciting opportunity for you to positvely contribute to their vibrant and customer focused team whilst working for a global company.

The Role will be working Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 4.30 pm

Your responsibilities include:



* receptionist duties
* greeting visitors
* taking calls
* making calls
* sending out correpsondece by email and post
* admin duties
* booking meeting rooms and arranging meetings
* data entry
* keeping spreadsheets up to date
* customer focused role

* It Literate
* receptionist experience or similar
* customer service skills and experience
* excellent telephone manner
