Are you an experienced receptionist, available for some ad-hoc temporary work to cover holiday on the following dates; 20th, 21st, 22nd, 27th and 28th February and 1st March from 9am to 5pm, with a 2-3 hour hand over on the 19th February? Do you have excellent communication and presentation skills and are you able to multitask in a busy, professional environment? If yes, then please read on or call the office for more information.

A receptionist is needed for a business located in Malmesbury, working for all of the dates detailed above, paying £8.50 per hour.

We have a number of assignments that we are currently working on at the moment within Wiltshire and West Berkshire, so this could be one of many to discuss!

Responsibilities and duties:
*You will be the first point of contact for meeting and greeting all staff and visitors
*Receiving and answering calls and where necessary passing on messages
*Signing in visitors
*Collect and prepare post
*Accepting deliveries and passing them to the correct departments
*Preparing meeting rooms
*Announcing the arrival of visitors to the correct department

Skills and experience:
*You will need to be good at multitasking, as you may be faced with tasks that will need to be prioritised
*Although not necessary, previous experience working as a receptionist will be beneficial
*An excellent level of written and verbal communication
*An excellent telephone manner
*A good level of knowledge surrounding Microsoft office and computer systems
*If you have experience working in a high level customer service role you may have the skills we are looking for

*Able to multitask exceptionally well
*Be able to work under pressure in a calm and collected manner
*You must be able to drive as there is direct access to the location via public transport
