Administrator

Are you organised, friendly and looking for a new job opportunity? Do you have receptionist experience?

A construction company is looking for a receptionist to join their team in Thurrock, on an ongoing temporary basis with potential to be made permanent. The role is paid on an hourly rate at £7.50. There is a lot of room for internal progression within this company so is a great place to start a career.

Receptionist experience is ESSENTIAL

Responsibilities:



* Greeting guests
* Managing sign in book
* Liaising with managers
* Answering and fielding incoming telephone calls
* Assisting with administrator duties
* Deliveries
* Book meeting rooms
* Managing post
* Willing to make tea and coffee for meetings

The ideal candidate will have:



* Excellent communication skills
* Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
* The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
* Experience in the Construction Industry
