Duties of the Records Assistant role are detailed below;Records management - filing/ prepping mailUsing software and hardware to print materialsUsing guillotines to cut printed items to size and to a full-bleed (no border around content), laminating materials, binding books and presentationsWire bindingStock monitoring of consumables for the machinery and paper for replenishmentProduce mail merges on Microsoft WordLiaise with clients via telephone and email, follow through any with queries in a responsive and efficient mannerProviding print quotes by gaining the client requirementsManual handling of stock and storage of stockProcess and reproduce a wide range of different content such as simple letter printing, through to name badges, presentation binders, posters, business cards and more.Communicate positively and professionally with customersProblem-solvingActively support and follow the client's environmental, quality and security policiesAdvising and identifying the best method of production and cost savingsWork to deadlines in conformance with client agreementsFoster a constructive team working environment and "one team" ethosWorking individually and as part of a team to achieve resultsEncourage a positive, courteous and productive working environmentManual handling of stock up to 25kg'sWorking with ladders and comfortable with this
